There are many ways for alumni to be involved in the Faculty of Engineering.
- Scholarships and Mentoring - financial and in-kind contributions towards both undergraduate and postgraduate programs enable the faculty to attract the best students and allows students to come from a distance to learn.
- Chapters and networks - the UNSW Alumni Association provides a connection to a range of geographical and discipline-based UNSW Alumni groups.
- Give Your Opinion - since the faculty's early days, industry-based advisory bodies have ensured the education provided to engineering students at UNSW is relevant to industry's needs.
- Give a Guest Talk - personal experience brings real-world engineering to life and inspires and motivates future engineers.
- Events - such as public lectures, anniversary dinners, Golden Jubilee luncheons and other reunion activities.
- Outreach activities and initiatives - help UNSW connect and contribute to our local and global communities.
