Welcome back! First things first, don't forget to enrol. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are enrolled correctly and by the enrolment deadline each semester.

The following enrolment advice is designed as a quick guide only. To view a detailed version, please visit myUNSW -> Enrolment for Continuing Students.

WHEN TO ENROL?

  • Re-enrolment for Semester 1 begins via Enrolment Appointment from early December. Your Appointment will be posted on myUNSW in late November.
  • Re-enrolment for Semester 2 begins via Enrolment Appointment from mid-May, posted on myUNSW in early May.
  • Enrolment for Summer Term opens in mid-October. There are no Enrolment Appointments for Summer Term.

CONSIDER YOUR COURSE SELECTION

To make the best decisions about your course selection, refer to the UNSW Handbook and the Class Timetable. If you need more detailed information about your program of study, refer to your Faculty and School websites and/or contact your Program Office for specific advice.

CHECK YOUR ENROLMENT APPOINTMENT

To check your appointment time login to myUNSW -> My Student Profile tab.From the 'My Student Services' menu on the left, select Enrolment -> Enrolment Appointments option

ENROLMENT DEADLINES

Aim to enrol as soon as soon as you can - some courses are very popular and places fill quickly. There are deadlines for dropping out of courses as well as for adding them. Make sure you are aware of both kinds!
