The Faculty of Engineering is looking for current UNSW students to apply for the Faculty of Engineering Student Ambassadors Scheme.

The Role of the Engineering Student Ambassador

The Student Ambassador’s primary role is to assist in the marketing and promotional activities of the Faculty of Engineering. They visit and present to students at metropolitan High Schools and conduct tours of Kensington Campus throughout the year. They also provide administrative and customer service support in the Engineering Student Centre and Marketing, Recruitment and External Relations Unit. The Faculty of Engineering Student Ambassador Scheme is managed by the Student Liaison Officer.

Therefore, the key elements of the Engineering Student Ambassador roles are as follows:

  • Attend Faculty Information Days/Evenings and Careers Markets and High School Visits
  • UNSW Campus Tours
  • UNSW Promotional Events
  • Administrative and Customer Service
