The UNSW Faculty of Engineering Staff Excellence Awards were established in 2004 to reward and encourage exceptional and outstanding service or work performance by professional, technical, teaching and research staff in the UNSW Faculty of Engineering.

Each Award consists of the presentation of a certificate and the payment of a sum of $5,000.
